How and when your purchase is delivered.
1. Digital Service
Witness Labs is a purely digital service. There is no physical product to ship. Nothing is sent by post or courier.
2. Delivery Method
On successful payment, your credits or subscription upgrade are provisioned electronically to your Witness Labs account. Access is available immediately from your account dashboard at https://witness-labs.com/app.
3. Delivery Time
- Credits and plan upgrades: instant, typically within seconds of payment confirmation.
- Bank-initiated payment methods (e.g. NEFT): delivered as soon as the bank confirms the transfer, usually within a few hours.
4. If Your Purchase Doesn't Appear
If your account does not reflect a purchase within 24 hours of payment, contact us via the support form with your payment reference and registered email. We resolve delivery issues within 2 business days.
5. International Availability
The Service is available globally. Payments in currencies other than INR are converted by your payment provider at their prevailing rate.
